Old New Borrowed and Blue is the fourth studio album by the British rock group Slade. It was released on 15 February 1974 and reached No. 1 on the UK Albums Chart. It has been certified Gold by BPI. The album was produced by Chas Chandler. For the album, Slade attempted to begin breaking away from their usual rock formula. For example, the singles "My Friend Stan" and "Everyday" were piano-led and did not have the typical "Slade" sound.

Buried and Blue Lyrics: Recovery, where have you been?, Save me from myself killing belief, I never thought I'd want to lose myself at all, To close my eyes a bid farewell, Drown in the fact that I'. Album Lost In The Noise. Buried and Blue Lyrics. Recovery, where have you been? Save me from myself killing belief. I never thought I'd want to lose myself at all To close my eyes a bid farewell Drown in the fact that I'm not someone else So let me leave from this hell, and let me relearn to be myself. I find it hard speaking out, to try and find what's not in myself When every body else is living their life proud I'm waiting for the misery to fall and die in me No belief is killing me.

Everything always happens so suddenly. Yang Hyun Suk has never before weighed in so much on my album. He checked my walking, and even the quality of the tires on my car. The singer put forth a funny chart promise for his comeback: If my nine songs line up on the charts, I’ll contact the 1,600 people in my phone to have them line up at an ice cream shop. He just cursed at me, said Seungri.

Disco heaven! Freestyle meets 70's disco via a good helping of synth pop. The backing track of course has the overall feel of Company B being produced by Ish Ledesma, but it has greater surprises in store. The bass line and beefed up HI-NRG drum rolls have a whiff of Blue Monday. The delight is Sandy Barber's vocals - think Stephanie Mills/Diana Ross with more power verging on Cissy Houston's "Think It Over" - Sandy's delivery is one of the loveliest vocal performances on a disco record I have come across - just pure nectar. A rather obscure title, but listen to the vocals and it makes sense. This is one of those tracks that you can't fail to want to dance to.
