Strangers In The Night Originally released in 1979. At the time lots of bands were doing very well in the chart with live albums, UFO were touring heavily and thought it would be a good time for them to release one. Strangers In The Night did exceptionally well and was a chart success in the UK. Bonus Tracks 1. Hot 'N' Ready (Live) 2. Cherry (Live). From start to finish, this album catches one of the most underrated bands of all time at their absolute best. UFO's peak years were divided into two main camps- the Michael Schenker years (which culminated here) and the Paul Chapman years which followed. BOTH had their merits as the band put out several strong LP's after Schenker's departure, but this album proves once and for all that they were at their best with him.
