Ming Luhulima aka Lou Lima was a well known Netherlands based recording artist originally from the Maluku Islands which were part of the Dutch East Indies. Having found success with the Mena Moeria Minstrels, Wairata started up another group, the Amboina Serenaders Around 1957, a disagreement within the group developed, which resulted in the departure of Wairata.
