And the album sounds live in the studio, with snips of Keith talking and instruments spilling over into each other's mics, like a club concert. The vinyl has an excellent mix, which I would expect from musicians who remember how vinyl is supposed to sound. Keith throws in a cool reggae tune too, Love Overdue. He has a well-known love with reggae, even living in Jamaica for a while, and the tune sounds fresh. While the Xpensive Winos show up all over the disc, it's not a Winos album. Rather, Richards and co-producer and drummer Steve Jordan wrote the tunes and laid down the basic tracks. It all fits, seamlessly.

White Album (ホワイト・アルバムHowaito Arubamu) is the Stand of Ghiaccio, featured in Vento Aureo. White Album is mostly an ability, but it can be inferred that it takes the form of a light-colored suit, covering nearly all of Ghiaccio's body; the only unprotected area is a small opening at the back of his neck allowing air flow. Its head bears two short cones, positioned somewhat like cat ears.

Some of the demos were included on Anthology 3, but a complete set of these Esher Demos, including alternate versions of Back in the . R, Piggies, Rocky Raccoon, and Revolution along with some songs that didn't make the album, such as Lennon's What's the New Mary Jane and Child of Nature, and George Harrison's Circles and .

His most vicious White Album song is a direct slam at Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, who allegedly came on to actress Mia Farrow, another visitor. Harrison, who spearheaded the trip, asked Lennon to change "Maharishi" to "Sexy Sadie. The White Album take is more of a slow blues than a balls-out rocker, but there's no disguising the intensity that drips through the grooves. The Beatles never rocked so hard.
